The Eskom Pension and Provident Fund had embarked on a digital transformation journey to enhance the overall experience for its most treasured stakeholders – their pensioners. Among key innovations added, they developed an application called the EPPF Member Mobile App to give members exclusive and reliable access to their benefit and personal information. They briefed us to develop a comprehensive awareness and launch campaign to fast track the uptake of the app by their pensioner members.
In efforts to make the transition from a manual process to a digitised one exciting, we relied on a visually appealing approach that’s executed through different elements that would be seamless for the elderly audience to grasp without any hassles.
We created among others: an app launch video to get the word out, an animated promo video spun across three phases of the campaign and a user guide tutorial video to help the pensioners set up their profiles. And just like that ladies and gentlemen, the EPPF members had easy access to their pension fund information at the palm of their hands.
